Prerequisites: Completion of first semester.  (Instructor will accept new students to fill in slots by non-returning students.)

Class Description:

NOW A TWO SEMESTER COURSE!  A fun cooking class especially geared for elementary to preteen students, with easy recipes that we will do in class, and can even do easily at home. We will make both sweet and savory foods that kids love, as well as learning about kitchen tasks and food groups.

Homework Requirements:

None

Required Materials:

Brad folder or 3 ring binder (I’m ok with one binder for all classes at MC2)

pencil

Apron (optional)

Hair clip to hold back long hair

Drinking water for when you get thirsty
Take home containers (optional).  This will vary on what type week to week.  Please check syllabus.
